How can I purchase a ticket?
- Tickets for this event are ONLY available through Ticketmaster.
- Entry is not guaranteed if tickets have been purchased via other ticketing agencies or platforms.

- You can transfer tickets to members of your group before you arrive for fast and easy access.

Is there a maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
- Yes, a limit of 10 tickets per customer applies to General Admission & Reserved Seating.
- A limit of 6 tickets per customer applies to VIP Lounge & Early Entry packages.
- A limit of 4 tickets per customer applies to Backstage Tour experiences.
Is this an all-ages event?
- Yes, this is a licenced all-ages event.
- Children aged 4-17 years must have a valid event ticket and can only be attend with a paying adult.
- Children 3 years & under are permitted free of charge providing they sit on the lap of a paying adult.
- All patrons aged 18 and under must be accompanied and directly supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over
- Access to the General Admission Standing area is recommended for patrons 15 years and over.
- Junior tickets are only available in Premium General Admission & General Admission Standing categories and can only be purchased with a paying adult.
Will there be any Corporate Hospitality offerings for this event?
- Yes, Corporate Hospitality is available via Ticketmaster which is 16 seat Private Suites that includes a food and beverage package.

What time do gates open?
- Gates for Sunburnt Country open at 4.30pm
- Set times are listed below, but are subject to change:
Drew Baldridge: 5:20pm
Busby Marou: 5:50pm
Shaboozey: 6:55pm
Jelly Roll: 8:15pm
What can’t I bring in?
- The following items will not be permitted inside the stadium:
- glass bottles, cans or containers
- large bags – anything over A4 size will need to be cloaked. All bags will need to be checked by Security upon entry.
- laser pointers
- signs or posters larger than A4
- professional cameras (includes GoPro's, iPads, video/audio recording devices)
- signage/marketing not related to the show’
- camp or folding chairs and blankets
- commercially packaged food or drinks
- anything that could be deemed dangerous e.g. studded or spiked jewellery, spurs and chains
- prams/baby capsules (these items can be cloaked at Gates A or Gate E)
- umbrellas (bring a poncho if it looks like rain!).

Can I bring my own water bottle?
- Yes, personal drink bottles (no glass) and factory sealed bottled water (up to 1.25L) is permitted.
- Free hydration stations are available throughout the venue - view venue map for locations.
- Bottled water is available to purchase from catering outlets throughout the venue.
Can I bring food?
- Yes, homemade, non-commercially packaged food is permitted.
- A variety of food and beverage will be available for purchase inside the venue including gluten-free and vegetarian options.
- Free water bubblers are located both inside and outside the venue.
- Additional hydrations stations will also be available for patrons located in the Area Floor.
- Stay hydrated! North Queensland is hot and humid in November, so please prioritise drinking water and seek medical attention immediately if you are feeling unwell.
- Vegetarian and gluten free food options will be available. All outlets also stock hot chips which are gluten-free but may be prepared in environments where gluten is present. Food and beverage facilities will be available inside the venue when gates open.
Is cloaking available?
- Yes, we have two FREE cloaking facilities available for all patrons.
- To access these facilities when you arrive, please visit Gate A or Gate E.
Can I smoke or vape?
- No, Queensland Country Bank Stadium is a non-smoking/vaping venue (including e-cigarettes).
- Strictly no smoking or vaping will be allowed.
- Patrons caught smoking or vaping may be evicted.
- Guests wishing to smoke/vape must exit the venue,
Will Pass Outs be available at this event?
- Yes, Pass Outs (the ability to exit and re-enter) will be available for Sunburnt Country at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. Please note, any bags taken out of the venue will need to be checked by Security again upon re-entry.
What do I need to show at the gate?
- Have your ticket open on your phone and ready to be scanned.
- Increase phone brightness or disable dark mode at the gate to ensure smooth entry.
- Ensure your ticket is saved to your digital wallet or Ticketmaster app – screenshots will not be accepted.
What forms of payment are accepted in the stadium?
- Queensland Country Bank Stadium is a cashless venue. Please bring your card for any food, beverage or merchandise purchases.
- Cash will not be accepted inside the stadium.
- EFTPOS/Tap&Go is available at all catering and merchandise outlets – so make sure you bring your card!
- There are no ATMs or cash out facilities at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
Will there be merchandise to purchase?
- Yes, merchandise will be available for sale from outlets external at Gate A and Gate E; internal on the Northern Green and internal on the West Concourse (near Aisle 112).
- We recommend purchasing on your way into the venue as stocks are limited.
- External outlets will be open from 3.00pm.
- No cash accepted - Eftpos/Tap&Go only.
DURING THE SHOW
Will there be lighting/visual; effects, smoke or pyrotechnics?
- Please be advised the show will contain flashing lights and other lighting effects.
Will first aid be available?
- Yes, first aid officers will be on-site and providing all first aid response.
- There are two medical rooms located on Level 1 (Aisle 113 and Aisle 131) as well as on the Arena Floor. To locate a medical room, please follow signage on display, or see a Customer Service staff member for directions.
What safety measures are in place?
- The safety of patrons, performers and staff is our top priority.
- Please show respect to staff and other patrons at all times.
