How do I find my entry gate?
Your Queensland Country Bank Stadium event ticket will identify your entry gate. There will be wayfinding signage external to the venue to assist you finding your gate. You can also checkout our Stadium Map for further assistance.
Will my bag be checked?
All bags may be subject to a security screening process. To avoid delays, we suggest you leave your bags at home.
Does Queensland Country Bank Stadium have cloaking facilities?
The Stadium has two cloaking facilities; one adjacent to Gate A and one adjacent to Gate E. Please check out the Stadium Map to view these locations.

What happens if it’s raining on event day?
Events will still go ahead, rain, hail or shine, unless there are any safety concerns for the patrons, athletes or artist.
As the stadium is an open aired stadium, there is no guarantee that patrons will not be exposed to the rain or wind. As a general rule, the further back your seats are located within a stand, the less chance you have of being exposed to the elements. There can however, be no guarantees.
Can I bring in an umbrella?
Umbrellas are permitted into the Stadium but cannot be raised in the seating bowl or anywhere that may obstruct the views of other patrons. We recommend you bring a jacket and/or poncho if rain is forecast.
As the Stadium is an open aired stadium, there is no guarantee that patrons will not be exposed to the rain or wind. As a general rule, the further back your seats are located within a stand, the less chance you have of being exposed to the elements. There can however, be no guarantees.
Can I purchase merchandise at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?
There are two dedicated permanent merchandise outlets. These are located on Ground Level South (inside Gate E) and Level 1 in the North-East corner.
Each event may have additional temporary merchandise outlets located around the venue. Please see the Customer Service staff on event days and they will direct you to the closest merchandise outlet.
Where can I park on event days at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?
There is no onsite parking for the general public at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on major event days. See the Getting Here page for all your transport information.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Patrons are not permitted to bring food or beverage products from commercial outlets into the venue.
Homemade food in a container (other than glass) is permitted. Water in a bottle with an unbroken factory seal (up to 1.25L) and tea and coffee in a thermos are permitted. Other liquids are not permitted. Otherwise, patrons can bring in empty water bottles which can be filled with water at the designated water stations in the venue.
Patrons in corporate areas are not permitted to bring in any food or beverages. Patrons will be asked to discard prior to entry.
It is a condition of the liquor licence that alcohol cannot be brought into the venue.
Does the stadium have a dress code?
In general public areas patrons must be appropriately dressed for a public space and must be wearing shoes. Patrons without shoes will not be permitted into the venue.
All corporate areas have a minimum dress code standard of smart casual, however, the dress code standard may be stricter depending on the specific event. Please get in touch with the hirer of the event to find out more.
Can I exit and re-enter Queensland Country Bank Stadium during the event?
Yes. Please ensure you retain your event ticket to scan out of the venue (adjacent to your entry gate) and then re-enter through the turnstiles. Please note this may differ from event to event.
Can I bring a pram / stroller / baby capsule into Queensland Country Bank Stadium?
We encourage patrons to consider leaving their pram or push chair at home, However should you wish to bring your pram or push chair it must be collapsible and fit under your seat (either a single seat or within the group of seats of patrons attending the venue together). The pram or push chair must remain there for the duration of the event. Prams or push chairs cannot be stored in aisles or walkways. This is to ensure prams do not create an obstruction in the seating area in the event of an emergency. Oversized prams unable to be stored under a single seat or within the group of seats of patrons attending the venue together must be stored in venue Cloak Rooms.
What should I do if I experience anti-social behaviour at an event?

Can I arrange for a personal message to be put up on the big screens during an event?
All message enquires must be made with the team (e.g. North Queensland Cowboys) or promoter of the event. The stadium is not able to provide permission for these messages.

Soft eskies are permitted so long as they fit under your seat and are smaller than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm. Hard eskies of any size are not permitted into Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

Patrons are not permitted to bring in commercial cameras, video recorders, audio recorders, digital equipment, tripods and monopods.
Unless expressly authorised by the content owner (for example, the hirer), patrons are not permitted to transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise publish, disseminate or reproduce any recordings (including photographic, video or sound recordings) of the event they are attending. The content owner reserves the right to confiscate or erase prohibited recording or images.
Patrons are not permitted to take photographs or videos of other patrons where they are identifiable without their express consent.
Can I bring in a poster, flag or banner to support my team?
Posters, flags and banners are permitted into Queensland Country Bank Stadium; however must not contain offensive wording or political messages. The flag pole must be no greater than 1.5m in length and 2cm in diameter. Please ensure any poster, flag or banner does not cover any venue or sponsorship signage, or become a nuisance to those patrons around you.
Can I bring in an umbrella?
Umbrellas are permitted into Queensland Country Bank Stadium provided they do not obstruct the views of other patrons. We recommend you bring a jacket and/or poncho if rain is forecast. The roof the Stadium covers about 75% of the seats, however, the exposure of your particular seat to the elements will depend on the location of your seat within the stadium and the weather conditions being experienced at the time.

Queensland Country Bank Stadium has ticket box offices located at Gate A and Gate D (see the Stadium Map for locations) where tickets (dependent on event capacity/availability) will be for sale.
These box offices may also be available for ticket collection (subject to the team or promoters requirements).
Are there alcohol-free seating options?
There may be unlicensed seating options available. This is dependent on the seating requirements for each event. Patrons are not permitted to consume any alcohol in these areas.
I have lost my ticket. What should I do?
All queries regarding lost, stolen or damaged tickets should be directed through where you purchased them, such as Ticketmaster, AXS or the North Queensland Cowboys Membership Department.
If you lose your ticket on your way to an event, please see someone at the Box Offices (located at Gate A and Gate D) for assistance.
Does my child need a ticket?
Depending on the event you are attending, your child may not need a ticket if they do not occupy a seat. Please get in touch with the team or hirer of the event to find out more information.

How are the rows identified?
At Queensland Country Bank Stadium Row A is the first row (i.e. closest to the field of play) moving through the alphabet. There is no Row ‘I’ or Row ‘O’ at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
Row AA is after Row Z; and Row BB is behind Row AA etc.
In NRL mode; where are the team tunnels?
At Queensland Country Bank Stadium the away team run out of the tunnel in-between Bay 104 and Bay 105; and the home team run out in-between Bay 108 and Bay 109. All these bays are located in the Western Grandstand.
