BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Get ready to ROLL! Download your ticket before you arrive.
First thing’s first, you must have a ticket to get in. The good news? There are still some tickets left, so if you’re reading this but you don’t have a ticket, head straight to Ticketmaster to get your hands on last minute tickets!
Don’t fall for scammers – Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for this event. Tickets sold via other platforms may not be legitimate and could mean you are refused entry at the gate.
Once you’ve secured your ticket via Ticketmaster, make sure you download the Ticketmaster app at home and open your tickets in the app.
💡Tip: Have your ticket ready in the Ticketmaster app or your digital wallet when you arrive.
The tickets for this event are encrypted digital tickets with fraud and counterfeit protection. These tickets use a barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds - so screenshots and photos of tickets won’t work!
If you bought tickets for your mates, be sure to transfer their tickets to them ahead of time to avoid delays at entry. Head to the Ticketmaster website for all the how-to info.
Don’t be lost on a lonely highway... plan your trip!
Our best advice? Plan your trip ahead of time and make sure you leave plenty of time to get to the stadium.
There’s no public parking available at the stadium.
There’s lots of transport options available to anyone attending the concert. Check out our transport map to work out your best route and then head to our Getting Here page on our website for further info on each option.
Don’t get caught carryin’ the weight – pack right, pack light.
Getting into the stadium is quick and easy if you pack right, and by that, we mean pack light!
Only bring what’s necessary, or even better leave your bag at home to avoid bag check and get to your seat faster! If you do have to bring a bag, keep it under A4-size, as anything over this size will need to be cloaked.
For the best night possible, follow the below guide on things you can and can’t bring into the stadium:
Things you can bring into the stadium:
✔️ your card – we're cashless!
✔️ personal drink bottles (no glass) or factory sealed bottled water (up to 1.25L)
✔️ homemade, non-commercially packaged food
✔️ a poncho or raincoat (no umbrellas)
✔️ your dancing boots!
Things you can’t bring into the stadium:
❌ large bags – anything over A4 size will need to be cloaked
❌ laser pointers
❌ signs or posters larger than A4
❌ professional cameras (includes GoPro's, iPads, video/audio recording devices)
❌ signage/marketing not related to the show
❌ camp or folding chairs and blankets
❌ commercially packaged food or drinks
❌ anything that could be deemed a weapon e.g. studded or spiked jewellery, spurs and chains
❌ prams/baby capsules (these items can be cloaked at Gates A or Gate E)
❌ umbrellas (bring a poncho if it looks like rain!).
Visit our Conditions of Entry page to read more and view the full list of prohibited items for this event.
ARRIVAL AND ENTRY
Stop biding your time – arrive early and know your gate.
✅ Ticket – open in the Ticketmaster app
✅ Travel – planned
✅ Outfit – country rock, including cowboy hat or trucker cap (remember... NO studded or spiked jewellery, spurs and chains!)
💡Tip: You can ONLY enter via the gate listed on your ticket!
Make sure you check the gate listed on your ticket and head there when you arrive (check out the event map which lists all of the gates). You will not be permitted entry via other gates for this event, so save time and know your gate!
Gates open at 4.30pm, and we recommend arriving a little earlier so that you have time to buy merch on your way in. Outside merchandise marquees will open from 1.30pm on show day. There will also be merchandise outlets available inside the venue once the gates open at 4.30pm.
If you need to cloak items, we recommend leaving extra time to visit the cloaking facilities at Gate A and Gate E. Then head to your gate – all bags will be checked by Security upon entry.
We know mega-fans might want to arrive super early, but mega-smart fans know there’s no point arriving too early. No queuing will be facilitated for this event.
DURING THE CONCERT

Please be aware that there will be lighting, and smoke effects used during the show.

Your welfare is our top priority
Townsville is hot and humid during November, so please ensure you stay hydrated and look after each other. Free hydration stations will be available throughout the venue and bottled water is available to purchase from catering outlets.
💡Tip: Check the event map for hydration station locations throughout the venue.
If you’re feeling unwell, please seek medical attention from the friendly medical staff.

END OF THE CONCERT
Just like your trip to the stadium, we recommend planning your trip home ahead of time.
Or if you’re not ready to end the night, why not take the short walk into Palmer Street and Flinders Street for a post-concert debrief, late-night snack, or final sing along to some of your fave country songs to extend the fun a little longer?
