HOW DO I GET TICKETS?
Please check with the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys directly for more information around how tickets will be allocated. There will be no public tickets sold for this event.
 

HOW IS QUEENSLAND COUNTRY BANK STADIUM REDUCING RISK?

  • Extra cleaning and sanitisation pre, during and post event with a focus on high traffic areas like hand-rails

  • Increased health and hygiene signage

  • Patrons displaying COVID-19 symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness in breath) will not be permitted

  • Socially-distanced ‘checkerboard’ seating plans (with groups of patrons to be seated in alternate rows, socially distanced from other groups)

  • Segmented seating zones (with dedicated staff, food and beverage and amenities to reduce contact and congestion points)

  • Cashless payments for food and beverage purchase

  • Some activations such as player autographs and amusements will be paused to ensure social distancing requirements are met

  • Ticketing system which supports contact tracing

 
WHAT CAN I DO TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL RETURN?

  • Social distance yourself from others

  • Follow signage, sit in your designated seat and follow the advice of staff

  • Wash your hands or use sanitiser regularly

  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow and dispose of tissues responsibly

  • Stay home if you feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who has felt unwell in the past 2 weeks

  • Download and use the COVID Safe App

HAVE THERE BEEN ANY CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY?
The venue’s conditions of entry have changed to reflect the covid environment. Ticket holders will not be able to enter the venue if they:

  • Display any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath)

  • Have returned from overseas in the last 14 days

  • Been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the last 14 days?

CAN WE USE OUR COWBOYS MEMBERSHIP CARD TO ENTER THE VENUE?
No, all NQ Cowboys Membership cards have been deactivated for this event and you will need to use the new ticket issued to your mobile phone by the membership team.
 
HOW DO I USE MY MOBILE PHONE TO ENTER THE VENUE?
Your mobile ticket will have a QR code which can be scanned at the turnstiles or entry like a paper ticket. Please download your ticket prior to arriving at the venue and have it ready to as you approach the entry. The background light on your mobile phone should be turned up high to make it easier for your ticket to be scanned.
 

HOW DO I FIND MY GATE/SEAT INFORMATION?

Ticket holders are encourage to download their ticket prior to arrival which allows you to find 4 bits of key information;

Gate – Enter via this gate to ensure the shortest possible route to your seat.

Aisle – The aisle directs you to the set of stairs you need to access to get to your seats. Please don’t confuse the BAY reference with your AISLE reference.

Row – The row your seats are located in

Seat – The number of your seats


CAN I BRING MY BAG INTO THE VENUE?
Yes however your bag needs to be smaller than an A3 piece of paper. The stadium also encourages patrons to leave all bags at home where possible to ensure a speedy entry into the venue.
 
CAN I CLOAK ITEMS?
Under the venue’s COVID Safe Plan, cloaking rooms will not be operating until further notice.
 
CAN I STILL BUY FOOD AND DRINKS AT QUEENSLAND COUNTRY BANK STADIUM?
Food and drinks will still be available to purchase at the game, though a limited menu will be available to reduce queue times.
 
All food and drinks must be consumed in your seat. Patrons will not be able to linger on concourses or remain standing whilst consuming food or beverages.
 
WILL YOU BE ACCEPTING CASH?
The food and beverage outlets will be running a cashless operation for this event. All outlets will be accepting card payments only.
 
WHY AREN’T THE WATER BUBBLERS IN USE?
Due to the touch points and communal nature of the bubblers, it is a condition under the venue COVID Safe Plan that water points aren’t accessible. Under the venue’s terms and conditions, fans are allowed to bring sealed bottles of water up to 1.25L into the venue.

CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE AT THE VENUE?
Under the venue’s COVID Safe Plan, merchandise is unfortunately unable to be sold for this event.

Cowboys merchandise is still available to purchase online or via the Cowboys Leagues Club Store.

CAN I LEAVE THE VENUE TO SMOKE?
There will be no passouts available, to reduce the movement of people around the venue. Once you leave the venue, you will be unable to return.

Can I smoke at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?
The Stadium is a smoke-free venue.  Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke – this includes e-cigarettes.  Please ensure you retain your event ticket to scan out of the venue (adjacent to your entry gate) and then re-enter through the turnstiles.  Please remember to dispose of your waste thoughtfully.


Where can I park at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

Can I book a tour of Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

At this time Queensland Country Bank Stadium is not running tours.

How can I pre-purchase my event ticket?

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorised ticketing provider for Queensland Country Bank Stadium.  For the full event calendar and direct ticket links, check out our What’s On page.

How do I find my entry gate?

Your Queensland Country Bank Stadium event ticket will identify your entry gate.  There will be wayfinding signage external to the venue to assist you finding your gate.  You can also checkout our Stadium Map for further assistance.

 
Will my bag be checked?

All bags may be subject to a security screening process.  To avoid delays, please leave your bags at home.


Does Queensland Country Bank Stadium have cloaking facilities?

The Stadium has two cloaking facilities; one adjacent to Gate A and one adjacent to Gate E.  Please check out the Stadium Map to view these locations. These are currently not available due to our COVID Safe Plan requirements.

What happens if it’s raining on event day?

Events will still go ahead, rain, hail or shine, unless there are any safety concerns for the patrons, athletes or artist.
 
As the stadium is an open aired stadium, there is no guarantee that patrons will not be exposed to the rain or wind. As a general rule, the further back your seats are located within a stand, the less chance you have of being exposed to the elements. There can however, be no guarantees.


Can I bring in an umbrella?

Umbrellas are permitted into the Stadium provided they do not obstruct the views of other patrons.  We recommend you bring a jacket and/or poncho if rain is forecast. 
 
As the Stadium is an open aired stadium, there is no guarantee that patrons will not be exposed to the rain or wind. As a general rule, the further back your seats are located within a stand, the less chance you have of being exposed to the elements. There can however, be no guarantees.


Can I purchase merchandise at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

There are two dedicated permanent merchandise outlets. These are located on Ground Level South (inside Gate E) and Level 1 in the North-East corner.

Each event may have additional temporary merchandise outlets located around the venue.  Please see the Customer Service staff on event days and they will direct you to the closest merchandise outlet.


Where can I park on event days at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Patrons are permitted to bring in their own homemade food and sealed water bottles (up to 1.25L). There is also a wide variety of food and beverage options within the Stadium.

Patrons are not permitted to bring their own commercially packaged food or beverages. See the Conditions of Entry for more information.
 
 
Does the stadium have a dress code?

In general public areas patrons must be appropriately dressed for a public space and must be wearing shoes.  Patrons without shoes will not be permitted into the venue.
 
All corporate areas have a minimum dress code standard of smart casual, however, the dress code standard may be stricter depending on the specific event. Please get in touch with the team or promoter of the event to find out more.


Can I exit and re-enter Queensland Country Bank Stadium during the event?

Yes.  Please ensure you retain your event ticket to scan out of the venue (adjacent to your entry gate) and then re-enter through the turnstiles.


Can I bring a pram / stroller / baby capsule into Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

We encourage patrons to consider leaving their pram or pusher at home. However should you wish to bring your pram or pusher please note it cannot be taken into the seating bowl for safety reasons. You can choose to either cloak your pram or pusher at the Gate A or Gate E cloak room on entry, or leave it under the stairwell closest to your seat. Please note stairwells are not secured and patrons leave items in these locations at their own risk.
  
What should I do if I experience anti-social behaviour at an event?

Please see Customer Service or Security Staff at the venue to report anti-social behaviour.
 
 
Can I arrange for a personal message to be put up on the big screens during an event?

All message enquires must be made with the team (e.g. North Queensland Toyota Cowboys) or promoter of the event.  The stadium is not able to provide permission for these messages.

All patrons will be subject to bag checks prior to entering the venue. Please refer to our Conditions of Entry for a full list of permitted and prohibited items. 



Can I bring my own food and drinks?

At Queensland Country Bank Stadium patrons are not permitted to bring their own commercially packaged food or beverages. 
 
Patrons are permitted to bring in their own homemade food and sealed water bottles (up to 1.25L).  Thermoses containing tea and coffee are allowed. These may be checked by security due to liquor licencing requirements.
 
There is also a wide variety of food and beverage options within the stadium through the catering outlets.


Can I bring in an esky?

Soft eskies are permitted so long as they fit under your seat and are smaller than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm. Hard eskies are not permitted into Queensland Country Bank Stadium.


Can I bring in my camera?

The use of photographic, video or audio equipment for commercial purposes is not permitted. Video and/or audio recorders, commercial digital equipment, camera tripods and/or monopods may be refused entry.


Can I bring in a poster, flag or banner to support my team?

Posters, flags and banners are permitted into Queensland Country Bank Stadium; however must not contain offensive wording or political messages. The flag pole must be no greater than 1.5m in length and 2cm in diameter.  Please ensure any poster, flag or banner does not cover any venue or sponsorship signage, or become a nuisance to those patrons around you.
 

Can I bring in an umbrella?

Umbrellas are permitted into Queensland Country Bank Stadium provided they do not obstruct the views of other patrons.  We recommend you bring a jacket and/or poncho if rain is forecast.  The roof the Stadium covers about 75% of the seats, however, the exposure of your particular seat to the elements will depend on the location of your seat within the stadium and the weather conditions being experienced at the time.

We encourage patrons to consider leaving their pram or pusher at home. However should you wish to bring your pram or pusher please note it cannot be taken into the seating bowl for safety reasons. Where can I buy tickets for events at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorised ticketing agent for events at Queensland Country Bank Stadium. 
 
 
What do I do if I purchased through an unauthorised reseller?

Queensland Country Bank Stadium has no ability to check the validity of tickets that not purchased through Ticketmaster. Queensland Country Bank Stadium and its associated teams or promoters have no obligation to honour tickets purchased from unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, Tickets, Ebay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, Ticket Bis, Queenoftickets or any other outlets or reseller.
 
What is SafeTix?
 

SafeTix are encrypted mobile tickets with fraud and counterfeit protection. They use a barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds to prevent it being copied, keeping your tickets safe and secure.

 

Your phone is your ticket!

  • Ensure your ticket is saved on your phone, to digital wallet or Ticketmaster app–screenshots will not be accepted.
  • Transfer your tickets to members of your group.
  • Increase phone brightness or disable dark mode at the gate to ensure smooth entry.


Can I buy tickets at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on event days?

Queensland Country Bank Stadium has ticket box offices located at Gate A and Gate D (see the Queensland Country Bank Stadium Map for locations) where tickets (dependent on event capacity/availability) will be for sale. 
 
These box offices may also be available for ticket collection (subject to the team or promoters requirements).


Are there alcohol-free seating options?

There may be unlicensed seating options available via Ticketmaster. This is dependent on the seating requirements for each event.  Patrons are not permitted to consume any alcohol in these areas.


I have lost my ticket. What should I do?

All queries regarding lost, stolen or damaged tickets should be directed through where you purchased them, such as Ticketmaster or North Queensland Cowboys Membership Department.
 
If you lose your ticket on your way to an event, please see someone at the Box Offices (located at Gate A and Gate D) for assistance.


Does my child need a ticket?

Depending on the event you are attending, your child may not need a ticket if they do not occupy a seat. Please get in touch with the team or promoter of the event to find out more information.


How do I make group ticket bookings?

Groups bookings are made through Ticketmaster Groups by calling 1300 889 278 or emailing groups@ticketmaster.com.au.
 
Please note: Some events do not offer group discounts.  The ability to hold seats does not apply to all events.  Please check with the Ticketmaster Groups Operator for more details.


How do I purchase accessible seating?

How do I qualify for a concession ticket?

Concession availability and entitlements vary from event to event, depending on the team or promoter's Terms and Conditions. Information about concession tickets will be provided at point of sale on the Ticketmaster website or you can enquire when purchasing over the phone.
 
 
How are the rows numbered?

At Queensland Country Bank Stadium Row A is the first row (i.e. closest to the field of play) moving through the alphabet. There is no Row ‘I’ or Row ‘O’ at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
 
Row AA is after Row Z; and Row BB is behind Row AA etc.


In NRL mode; where are the team tunnels?

At Queensland Country Bank Stadium the away team run out of the tunnel in-between Bay 104 and Bay 105; and the home team run out in-between Bay 108 and Bay 109. All these bays are located in the Western Grandstand.

Is accessible seating available at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

Accessible seating tickets can be purchased directly through Ticketmaster. Please call or email Ticketmaster’s Accessible Seating Line if you have a Wheelchair, Companion Card or Special Needs booking requirements.


Are there accessible toilets at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

There are a number of accessible toilets located throughout Queensland Country Bank Stadium. For general public patrons toilet access is from the Level 1 concourse; for corporate guests there is accessible toilet access in close proximity/within the corporate space.


Is there wheelchair access to all PWD seating areas?

Yes.  Please talk to the friendly customer service staff when you arrive at the stadium and they will be able to show you the best route to your seat.


Is there PWD parking at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

There will be limited accessible car parking available at Queensland Country Bank Stadium via application only. Please call Queensland Country Bank Stadium with your valid event ticket and Blue parking permit to apply.


Is there PWD drop off areas at Queensland Country Bank Stadium?

A dedicated accessibility zone for pick up and drop off is located on Pride Close.

There are no TAB facilities at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

There are four dedicated Parents’ Rooms within the Stadium located in each corner of the stadium on the Level 1 concourse.  See the Stadium Map for more details.
 
 
Is there a changing place facility?

There is a changing place facility located on the North West corner of the Level 1 concourse.  See the Stadium Map for more details.


Do you have ATMs?

Due to COVID-19 requirements; there will be no ATM's available at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

All food, beverage and merchandise outlets will be cashless.
